DONATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By making a donation to Aloksanchari Foundation, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

• Acceptance of any donation, gift, grant, or contribution is at the sole discretion of Aloksanchari Foundation. Donations will only be accepted if they are consistent with and support the Foundation’s mission, objectives, and activities.

• All donations are voluntary and made without expectation of any goods, services, or personal benefit in return, except where expressly stated by the Foundation.

• Aloksanchari Foundation does not provide legal, financial, or tax advice. Donors are encouraged to consult their own professional advisers regarding the tax, legal, or other implications of their contributions.

• Certain donations, including real property, personal property, in-kind gifts, non-liquid securities, or donations subject to conditions or restrictions, may require review and approval by the Foundation before acceptance.

• Donations are generally non-refundable. Any request for a refund will be considered only in exceptional circumstances and at the sole discretion of Aloksanchari Foundation.

• Donations will be used to support the Foundation’s charitable programs, projects, and operational activities. Where a donor designates a contribution for a specific purpose, the Foundation will make reasonable efforts to honor the donor’s wishes. However, if the designated purpose becomes impracticable, impossible, or no longer consistent with the Foundation’s objectives, the Foundation reserves the right to apply the donation to a similar purpose that best advances its mission.

• Aloksanchari Foundation will provide donation acknowledgments and receipts in accordance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

• The Foundation will respect donor intentions regarding restricted gifts and requests for anonymity, subject to applicable laws, regulatory obligations, and operational requirements.

• Donor information will be collected, stored, and processed in accordance with applicable privacy and data protection requirements. Such information will be treated confidentially and shared only with authorized personnel or service providers where necessary for legitimate organizational, administrative, financial, legal, or regulatory purposes.

• Online donations may be processed through authorized third-party payment service providers. While the Foundation takes reasonable measures to work with reputable service providers, it is not responsible for any interruption, technical malfunction, security incident, or service failure attributable to third-party payment platforms.

• Aloksanchari Foundation does not pay commissions, finders’ fees, or other compensation to any third party for securing donations, unless required by law or expressly approved by the Foundation.

• All donations are subject to the applicable laws and regulations of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh. The Foundation reserves the right to decline, return, or refund any donation where acceptance may conflict with legal, regulatory, compliance, or ethical requirements.

• Aloksanchari Foundation reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any updates will be published on the Foundation’s website and will become effective upon publication.

By accepting and submitting your donation, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to above Terms and Conditions.
